Neuro Fat Loss Training - How to Achieve Neuro Fitness

Neuro fat loss training is a workout technique which, to my knowledge, was coined by Dr. Kareem Samhouri, that describes how you can improve the way your body communicates with its own central nervous system to help you achieve a better and more effective workout.

But what is Neuro fitness and how can you change your workouts to be able to achieve it?

As each muscle contraction that you do during your workouts is triggered by a signal from your central nervous system, you want this signal to be as strong as possible. It's like a road which you drive on. If the road is well paved, straight, and wide, you'll be able to go faster and reach your destination sooner. If the road is narrow, winding, and full of potholes, you'd have to take it slower.

Your neural signals travel along roads in a similar way. You won't this signal to reach your muscles in the clearer and strongest way possible. To do that, you need to train in a certain way. This will not only help you to build muscles in a faster and more effective way but also will accelerate your body's natural fat loss capabilities.

This is all in laymen terms, of course, as this touches upon the fields of biology and physical therapy and can't be covered totally in this one article. However, it pretty much sums it up. You can just get a more effective workout and results for your efforts with this kind of training.

How do you do neuro fitness and fat loss training?

There are a few principles you need to follow:

Do multi-planar movements with exercises that make your body go forward, backward, and do rotational movements as well.
Make sure to perform your exercises in varying speeds, doing both quick paced workouts and slower movements as well.
Make sure to keep your workouts as balanced as possible. Don't work your chest more than your back, your triceps more than your biceps. Make sure your body is balanced and you neural signals will flow better.
Make sure to be active. Inactivity can lead to a reduction in the strength of neural signaling.

Neuro fitness training is no easy feat. Expect to work hard and be willing to change your current familiar routine. If you do, you can expect to achieve much better fat loss and fitness results faster than ever.
