The Ab Circle Pro is an abdominal fitness machine which you can use to target your stomach muscles by rotating your upper body from side to side in a semi-circle. You climb on the machine, place your knees on special pads, hold onto a handle bar and start going from side to side. This position and movement are intended to target your abs.

2. Stomach exercises are not the most effective fat burning workouts there are. Multi-jointed strength exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, dumbbell swings, lat pulldowns, and so on, are usually much more efficient. Since you can't use targeted exercises to burn fat from a chosen body part, why not do these instead of ab exercises, with the Ab Circle or without?

Yes, stomach exercises are important for your health. They help you maintain a proper posture and they also tone your abs so that they show more clearly once the excess fat is burned away. However, they should not be the focus of your workouts. No ab machine alone will get you flat abs or get rid of the belly fat for you. Concentrate more on full body strength exercises and you will get better results.
